1.5 ozs Raging Crow Caw-Caw-Phany Gin
1 oz Raging Crow Honey Liqueur
3 grapefruit zests
Sprig of rosemary
1/2 cup grapefruit juice (not cocktail)
Tonic water
Muddle the Honey Liqueur with the grapefruit zests and rosemary. Add the grapefruit juice and the Caw-Caw-Phany Gin. Stir with love. Remove 2 grapefruit zests and rosemary. Top-up with tonic water. Garnish with fresh sprig of rosemary.
