Raging Crow Distillery isn’t just a place where spirits are made — it’s a place where stories are poured.

Tucked into the heart of Canning in the Annapolis Valley, we’re a small-batch, handcrafted distillery that believes great spirits should have personality. Ours certainly do.

We source locally whenever we can — honey from nearby beekeepers, barley and rye from local farmers, coffee from Nova Scotia roasters, maple syrup from Nova Scotia sugar shacks, seasonal fruit and berries, and whatever else we can get our hands on close to home. If it grows here, we’re probably experimenting with it.

We don’t produce by the truckload.
We produce by intention.

Every batch is made with care, curiosity, and a refusal to cut corners. Quality over quantity isn’t a slogan here — it’s how we survive, and how we win awards.

When you visit Raging Crow, you’re not walking into a corporate tasting room. You’re stepping into a working distillery. You might see bottles being filled. You might smell something new fermenting. You’ll definitely hear a story or two.

Our spirits are available exclusively at the distillery and through direct online ordering — because we believe in keeping things personal. From our still to your glass.
