Vanilla Bean Rum Mojito

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Vanilla Bean Rum

• 6 mint leaves

• 1 oz lime juice

• 1/2 oz simple syrup

• Soda water

Instructions: Muddle mint, shake with rum, lime, syrup. Top with soda water.

Vanilla Bean Rum Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Vanilla Bean Rum

• 1/4 oz simple syrup

• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

• Orange peel

Instructions: Stir over ice, strain into rocks glass, garnish with orange peel.
