Crows like Shiny Things

Ingredients:
1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Crow on a Fence Post Vodka (or “Pride Month Vodka”, if it’s the month of June)
Champagne or sparkling wine (for example, a delicious Cremant from Blomidon Estate Winery)
Instructions: Pour champagne or sparkling wine into a champagne flute, top with the Crow on a Fence Post Vodka, celebrate (anything…even if it’s just that you made it through the day. You deserve it!)
Raspberry Gin Fizz
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Raging Crow Distillery Raspberry Gin
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 4-5 oz club soda
- Fresh raspberries for garnish
Instructions: Shake gin, lemon, and syrup with ice, strain into glass, top with club soda.
Pumpkin Spice Flip
A “flip” style cocktail (egg + spice) — good for cozy, quiet venues or seasonal menus.
Ingredients:
1.75 oz Raging Crow Distillery Pumpkin Spice Liqueur
0.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Crow’s Nest Rum (or optionally their Black Crow Dark Rum)
½ oz simple syrup
1 whole egg (or egg yolk, depending on style)
Grated nutmeg, for garnish
Optional: dash of cinnamon bitters
Instructions: Dry shake (no ice) pumpkin liqueur + rum + syrup + egg for ~10 seconds to build emulsion, add ice and shake again vigorously ~15–20 seconds, fine strain into a coupe / Nick & Nora glass, Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg (and a light sprinkle of cinnamon).
Cherry Sparkler
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Raging Crow Distillery Cherry Liqueur
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 4-5 oz prosecco or champagne
- Fresh cherry and lime wheel for garnish
Instructions: Add cherry liqueur and lime juice to flute, top with bubbly.
Pumpkin Spice & Blackstrap Rum Sour
A dark, tangy, seasonal sour cocktail.
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Pumpkin Spice Liqueur
1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Blackstrap Rum
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters (optional, adds depth)
Lemon wheel and a light sprinkle of nutmeg/cinnamon, for garnish
Instructions: Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake vigorously ~15 seconds, strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice (or coupe if served up), garnish with a lemon wheel and a light dusting of spice.
Raspberry Gin & Tonic Deluxe
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Raging Crow Distillery Raspberry Gin
- 4-5 oz premium tonic water
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- Lime wheel and fresh raspberries for garnish
Instructions: Build over ice in a highball glass, stir gently.
Pumpkin Spice “Autumn Highball”
A light, sparkling cocktail suited for seasonal (fall) menus.
Ingredients:
2 oz Raging Crow Distillery Pumpkin Spice Liqueur
1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Spruce Tip Gin
½ oz fresh lemon juice
3 oz premium soda water or club soda
Lemon twist and a pinch of pumpkin pie spice, for garnish
Instructions: Build directly in a Collins / highball glass over fresh ice (or in mixing glass first if you prefer), add pumpkin liqueur, Spruce Tip Gin, and lemon juice, stir gently to mix & chill, top with soda water, garnish with an expressed lemon twist over the glass, drop in, and dust very lightly with pumpkin spice blend (or perched twist with spice).
Cherry Sour
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Raging Crow Distillery Cherry Liqueur
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 2 dashes orange bitters (optional)
- Fresh cherry for garnish
Instructions: Shake with ice, strain into coupe glass.
Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini
A seasonal twist on a popular format — ideal as a dessert cocktail.
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Pumpkin Spice Liqueur
0.75 oz vodka
1 oz fresh espresso (cooled)
0.25 oz Raging Crow Distillery El Cuervo Furioso Coffee Liqueur
3 coffee beans, sprinkle cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice, for garnish
Instructions: Chill a martini / cocktail glass, in shaker filled with ice, combine pumpkin liqueur, vodka, espresso, coffee liqueur, shake vigorously to create a silky foam (~15–20 seconds), fine strain into the chilled glass, garnish with coffee beans and a light dusting of spice.
