David “Rhubarb” Rose

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz vodka

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Rhubarb Liqueur

  • 0.5 oz rose water

  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice

  • Edible rose petal, for garnish

Instructions: Shake with ice, strain into chilled coupe glass, float rose petal on top. When you serve it to someone tell them to “fold in the cheese” when you hand them the drink.

Refreshing Rhubarb Cocktail

1.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Rhubarb Liqueur

Club Soda

Squeeze of lime


Maple Rhubarb Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Maple Vodka

  • 0.75 oz Raging Crow Distillery Rhubarb Liqueur

  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice

  • Top with soda water

  • Lemon twist, for garnish

Instructions: Shake all, except soda, with ice, strain into highball glass over fresh ice, top with soda, garnish with lemon twist.


Tropical Rhubarb Daiquiri

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Raging Crow Distillery Rhaging Rhum

  • 0.75 oz Raging Crow Distillery Rhubarb Liqueur

  • 0.75 oz fresh lime juice

  • 0.25 oz simple syrup

  • Lime wheel, for garnish

Instructions: Shake with ice, strain into chilled coupe glass, garnish with lime wheel.

Rhubarb Spritzer

Soda water

2oz Raging Crow Distillery Rhubarb Liquor

Splash of lime juice

Muddled rhubarb (can also throw in some frozen raspberries)

Ice

Rhubarb Collins

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery CawCawPhany Gin

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Rhubarb Liqueur

  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice

  • Club soda

  • Rhubarb ribbon, for garnish

Instructions: Shake all, except soda, with ice, strain into collins glass over fresh ice, top with soda, garnish with rhubarb ribbon.


Rhubarb Lemon Smash

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery CawCawPhany Gin

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Limoncello

  • 0.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Rhubarb Liqueur

  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 2-3 fresh mint leaves

  • Rhubarb stick, for garnish

Instructions: Gently muddle mint leaves in the bottom of a cocktail shaker, add all other ingredients and ice, shake vigorously for 15 seconds, double strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice, garnish with a rhubarb stick (or celery stick if unavailable).
