Rhaging Blueberry Mojito
- 1.5 ozs of Raging Crow Distillery Blueberry Liqueur
- 1 oz of Raging Crow Distillery Rhaging Rhum
- 0.5 ozs of freshly squeezed lime juice
- a slice of lime
- 6 mint leaves
- 1.5 ozs club soda
- 8 fresh blueberries
The Elvis
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Peanut Liqueur
0.75 oz banana liqueur (or 3/4’s of a fresh banana, muddled)
0.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Rhaging Rhum
0.5 oz cream
Caramelized banana slice, for garnish
Instructions: Shake with ice, strain into rocks glass over fresh ice, garnish with caramelized banana.
Rhaging Mojito
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Rhaging Rhum
- 1/2 Lime cut into wedges
- 8 Mint leaves
- 1/2 can of Club Soda
- 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions: Muddle sugar, mint leaves, and a lime wedge in the bottom of a cocktail glass, add ice, pour in Rhaging Rhum, top with club soda, garnish with lime wedge.
Chocolate Orange Delight
Ingredients:
1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Rhaging Rhum
1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Mandarincello
0.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Cajun Chocolate Liqueur
0.5 oz fresh orange juice
Orange twist, for garnish
Instructions: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake vigorously for 15 seconds, double strain into a chilled coupe glass, express orange twist oils over the drink and drop in.
White Chocolate Mojito
Ingredients:
2 oz Raging Crow Distillery Rhaging Rhum
0.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Cajun Chocolate Liqueur
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
6-8 mint leaves
Soda water
Mint sprig, for garnish
Instructions: Muddle mint with lime juice and simple syrup, add rum and chocolate liqueur, shake with ice, strain into highball glass over fresh ice, top with soda, garnish with mint.
Thai-One-On Peanut Cocktail
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Peanut Liqueur
1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Rhaging Rhum
0.5 oz coconut cream
0.5 oz lime juice
0.25 oz simple syrup, infused with Thai chili
Lime wheel and basil leaf, for garnish
Instructions: Shake with ice, strain into rocks glass over fresh ice, garnish with lime and basil.
Raging Maple Crantini
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Maple Vodka
- 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Rhaging Rhum
- 3 oz Cranberry Juice (not cocktail)
- 8 cloves
Instructions: Shake in shaker with ice. May want to strain out bits of clove that will come out of the shaker. Garnish with cranberries.
Peanut Butter Banana Daiquiri
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Rhaging Rhum
1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Peanut Liqueur
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz banana liqueur (or half a fresh banana, muddled)
0.25 oz simple syrup
Banana chip, for garnish
Instructions: Shake with ice, strain into coupe glass, garnish with banana chip.
Tropical Rhubarb Daiquiri
Ingredients:
2 oz Raging Crow Distillery Rhaging Rhum
0.75 oz Raging Crow Distillery Rhubarb Liqueur
0.75 oz fresh lime juice
0.25 oz simple syrup
Lime wheel, for garnish
Instructions: Shake with ice, strain into chilled coupe glass, garnish with lime wheel.
