Pompelmocello Spritz

A refreshing, low-alcohol content sparkling aperitivo style.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Raging Crow Distillery Pompelmocello

  • 3 oz prosecco or cava

  • 1 oz soda water

  • Grapefruit slice and rosemary sprig, for garnish

Instructions: Build directly in a wine glass over ice, add Pompelmocello, top with prosecco and soda, stir gently, garnish with a grapefruit wheel and a rosemary sprig.


Grapefruit Dark ’n’ Bright

A riff on a Dark ’n’ Stormy.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Blackstrap Rum

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Pompelmocello

  • 4 oz ginger beer

  • Grapefruit wedge, for garnish

Instructions: Build in a highball glass with ice, add Pompelmocello + ginger beer first, float Blackstrap Rum on top (for layered look), garnish with a grapefruit wedge.


Grapefruit Spritz

Light, sparkling, crowd-pleasing aperitivo.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Raging Crow Distillery Pompelmocello

  • 3 oz prosecco (or cava)

  • 1 oz soda water

  • Grapefruit wheel + sprig of rosemary, for garnish

Instructions: Build directly in a large wine glass filled with ice, add Pompelmocello, then prosecco, top with soda, stir gently to integrate, garnish with rosemary sprig and grapefruit wheel.


Grapefruit Mule

A tangy twist on the Moscow Mule using Pompelmocello.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz vodka

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Pompelmocello

  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice

  • 3 oz ginger beer

  • Lime wedge + candied ginger skewer, for garnish

Instructions: Build in a copper mug (or Collins glass) with ice, add vodka, Pompelmocello, lime juice, stir, top with ginger beer, garnish with lime wedge and candied ginger.

Northern Grove Grapefruit Gimlet

A modern, citrusy gin sour that marries grapefruit + botanicals.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Spruce Tip Gin

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Pompelmocello

  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice

  • 0.25 oz simple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness)

  • Lime wheel or grapefruit peel twist, for garnish

Instructions: Add all ingredients to shaker with ice, shake hard for 12–15 seconds, strain into a coupe glass, garnish with a lime wheel or grapefruit twist.


Pompelmocello Vodka Collins

A tall, crisp, citrus-driven highball.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz vodka

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Pompelmocello

  • 0.75 oz lemon juice

  • 0.5 oz simple syrup

  • 2–3 oz soda water

  • Lemon wheel + grapefruit slice, for garnish

Instructions: Shake vodka, Pompelmocello, lemon juice, and syrup with ice, strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice, top with soda water and stir gently, garnish with lemon wheel and grapefruit slice.


Pompelmocello Negroni

A grapefruit-forward riff on the classic Negroni — bitter, bright, and complex.

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Pompelmocello

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Spruce Tip Gin

  • 1 oz Campari (or Aperol for lighter bitterness)

  • Expressed grapefruit peel, for garnish

Instructions: Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice, stir until well-chilled, strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass, garnish with a wide strip of grapefruit peel.
