Peanut Butter Cup

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Peanut Liqueur

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Cajun Chocolate Liqueur

  • 1 oz cream

  • 0.5 oz vodka

  • Chocolate shavings, for garnish

Instructions: Shake with ice, strain into chilled martini glass, garnish with chocolate shavings.


Thai-One-On Peanut Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Peanut Liqueur

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Rhaging Rhum

  • 0.5 oz coconut cream

  • 0.5 oz lime juice

  • 0.25 oz simple syrup, infused with Thai chili

  • Lime wheel and basil leaf, for garnish

Instructions: Shake with ice, strain into rocks glass over fresh ice, garnish with lime and basil.


Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate

(served warm)

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Peanut Liqueur

  • 0.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Cajun Chocolate Liqueur

  • 4 oz hot chocolate

  • Whipped cream and chocolate shavings, for garnish

Instructions: Build in a mug, top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.


Peanut Butter Flip

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Peanut Liqueur

  • 0.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Black Crow Dark Rum

  • 0.5 oz demerara syrup

  • 1 whole egg

  • Grated nutmeg, for garnish

Instructions: Dry shake ingredients, add ice and shake again, strain into small wine glass or coupe, dust with nutmeg.


The Elvis

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Peanut Liqueur

  • 0.75 oz banana liqueur (or 3/4’s of a fresh banana, muddled)

  • 0.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Rhaging Rhum

  • 0.5 oz cream

  • Caramelized banana slice, for garnish

Instructions: Shake with ice, strain into rocks glass over fresh ice, garnish with caramelized banana.


Nutty Alexander

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Peanut Liqueur

  • 1 oz cognac

  • 1 oz heavy cream

  • Grated nutmeg, for garnish

  • Instructions: Shake with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, dust with nutmeg.


PB&J Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Raging Crow Distillery Can’t Call it B**rbon

  • 0.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Peanut Liqueur

  • 0.25 oz raspberry syrup

  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters

  • Orange twist for garnish

Instructions: Stir with ice, strain over large ice cube, garnish with orange twist..


Nutty Nightcap

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Peanut Liqueur

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Can’t Call it B**rbon

  • 0.5 oz amaretto

  • 2 dashes chocolate bitters

  • Orange twist, for garnish

Instructions: Stir with ice, strain into rocks glass over large ice cube, express orange oils over top.

Peanut Butter Espresso Martini

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz vodka

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Peanut Liqueur

  • 1 oz fresh espresso

  • 0.25 oz simple syrup

  • Coffee beans, for garnish

Instructions: Shake vigorously with ice, strain into chilled martini glass, garnish with coffee beans.


Peanut Sour

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Raging Crow Distillery Peanut Liqueur

  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 0.5 oz simple syrup

  • 1 egg white (optional)

  • Angostura bitters, for garnish

Instructions: Dry shake, if using egg white, add ice and shake again, strain into rocks glass, add drops of bitters for garnish.


Peanut Butter Jelly Time

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Peanut Liqueur

  • 0.75 oz Raging Crow Distillery Barrel Aged Rum

  • 0.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Blueberry Liqueur

  • 0.5 oz cream

  • Blueberry and crushed peanuts, for garnish.

Instructions: Shake with ice, strain into coupe glass, garnish with blueberry and peanut rim.


Spicy Spiced Nutty Russian

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Raven Lunatic Spicy Vodka

  • 0.75 oz Raging Crow Distillery El Cuervo Furioso Coffee Liqueur

  • 0.75 oz Raging Crow Distillery Peanut Liqueur

  • 0.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Ginger Liqueur

  • Splash of cream

  • Grated nutmeg, for garnish

Instructions: Shake with ice, strain into rocks glass over fresh ice, dust with nutmeg.


Peanut Butter and Apple

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Peanut Liqueur

  • 1 oz apple brandy or Calvados

  • 0.5 oz cinnamon syrup

  • 0.5 oz lemon juice

  • Thin apple slice, for garnish

Instructions: Shake with ice, strain into rocks glass over fresh ice, garnish with apple slice.


Peanut Butter Banana Daiquiri

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Rhaging Rhum

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Peanut Liqueur

  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice

  • 0.5 oz banana liqueur (or half a fresh banana, muddled)

  • 0.25 oz simple syrup

  • Banana chip, for garnish

Instructions: Shake with ice, strain into coupe glass, garnish with banana chip.


Nutty Irishman Variation

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Peanut Liqueur

  • 1 oz Irish Cream

  • 0.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Can’t Call it B**rbon

  • Grated nutmeg for garnish

Instructions: Shake with ice, strain into rocks glass over fresh ice, dust with nutmeg.


Peanut Butter Whiskey Smash

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Can’t Call it B**rbon

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Peanut Liqueur

  • 0.5 oz maple syrup

  • 2 lemon wedges, muddled

  • 3-4 mint leaves

  • Mint sprig, for garnish

Instructions: Muddle lemon and mint, add remaining ingredients, shake with ice, strain over fresh ice, garnish with mint sprig.
