Mandarin Gin Spritz

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery CawCawPhany Gin

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Mandarincello

  • 3 oz prosecco

  • 1 oz soda water

  • Orange slice, for garnish

Instructions: Add gin and mandarincello to a wine glass filled with ice, stir gently to combine, top with prosecco, add soda water, stir once more gently, garnish with an orange slice.


Chocolate Orange Delight

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Rhaging Rhum

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Mandarincello

  • 0.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Cajun Chocolate Liqueur

  • 0.5 oz fresh orange juice

  • Orange twist, for garnish

Instructions: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake vigorously for 15 seconds, double strain into a chilled coupe glass, express orange twist oils over the drink and drop in.


Vanilla Mandarin Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Vanilla Bean Rum

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Mandarincello

  • 0.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Honey Liqueur

  • 1 oz heavy cream

  • Orange zest, for garnish

Instructions: Add rum, mandarincello, and honey liqueur to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake vigorously for 10 seconds, add heavy cream and shake gently for 5 seconds, double strain into a chilled coupe glass, garnish with fresh orange zest.

Haskap Mandarin Cooler

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Haskap Gin

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Mandarincello

  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice

  • 2 oz tonic water

  • Lime wheel, for garnish

Instructions: Add gin, mandarincello, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake for 10 seconds, strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice, top with tonic water, stir gently once, garnish with a lime wheel.


Spiced Mandarin Toddy

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Black Crow Dark Rum

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Mandarincello

  • 0.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Honey Liqueur

  • 0.25 oz Raging Crow Distillery Ginger Liqueur

  • 2 oz hot water

  • Cinnamon stick, for garnish

Instructions: Add rum, mandarincello, honey liqueur, and ginger liqueur to a heat-proof mug, add hot water (not boiling - around 160°F), stir gently to combine, garnish with a cinnamon stick, serve immediately while hot.
