Bee-Caws
(I’m Thirsty)

1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Caw*Caw*Phany Gin

1/4 lemon juice

1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Honey Liqueur

3 drops Angostura bitters

Shake in shaker with lots of ice Pour into glass and top-up with club soda

Garnish with orange zest.


Citrus Garden

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Citrus Gin

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Limoncello

  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice

  • 0.25 oz Raging Crow Distillery Honey Liqueur

  • Lemon wheel, for garnish

Instructions: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake vigorously for 15 seconds, double strain into a chilled coupe glass, garnish with a lemon wheel on the rim.

Blueberry Cosmo

In a shaker combine:
- several ice cubes
- 2 ozs Raging Crow Distillery Blueberry Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Raging Crow Distillery Honey Liqueur
- 1 oz Cranberry Juice


Shake, rattle & roll.

Then pour into a glass over fresh/frozen blueberries.

Add a zest of lemon.

Enjoy!


Vanilla Mandarin Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Vanilla Bean Rum

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Mandarincello

  • 0.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Honey Liqueur

  • 1 oz heavy cream

  • Orange zest, for garnish

Instructions: Add rum, mandarincello, and honey liqueur to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake vigorously for 10 seconds, add heavy cream and shake gently for 5 seconds, double strain into a chilled coupe glass, garnish with fresh orange zest.

Honey Vodka Soda

1oz Raging Crow Distillery Honey Liqueur

Juice of 1/2 orange about (1/2oz)

Juice of 1/2 lemon (about 1/4 oz)

Pour into highball filled with ice. Top with club soda.

Honey Gold Rush

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Raging Crow Distillery Can’t Call it B**rbon

  • 0.75 oz Raging Crow Distillery Honey Liqueur

  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice

  • Lemon wheel, for garnish

Instructions: Shake with ice, strain over fresh ice, garnish with lemon wheel.


Honey Rum Swizzle

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Raging Crow Distillery Crow’s Nest Rum

  • 0.75 oz Raging Crow Distillery Honey Liqueur

  • 0.75 oz fresh lime juice

  • 0.25 oz falernum (optional)

  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

  • Mint sprig and lime wheel, for garnish

Instructions: Swizzle with crushed ice in a collins glass, garnish with mint and lime.

Honey Lavender Martini

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Raging Crow Distillery CawCawPhany Gin

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Honey Liqueur

  • 0.5 oz dry vermouth

  • 2 dashes lavender bitters

  • Dried lavender sprig, for garnish

Instructions: Stir with ice, strain into chilled martini glass, garnish with lavender.

Hot Toddy

1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Black Crow Dark Rum

1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Honey Liqueur

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/4 cup boiling water


Spiced Mandarin Toddy

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Black Crow Dark Rum

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Mandarincello

  • 0.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Honey Liqueur

  • 0.25 oz Raging Crow Distillery Ginger Liqueur

  • 2 oz hot water

  • Cinnamon stick, for garnish

Instructions: Add rum, mandarincello, honey liqueur, and ginger liqueur to a heat-proof mug, add hot water (not boiling - around 160°F), stir gently to combine, garnish with a cinnamon stick, serve immediately while hot.

Grapefruit Gin & Tonic

1.5 ozs Raging Crow Distillery CawCawPhany Gin

1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Honey Liqueur

3 grapefruit zests

Sprig of rosemary

1/2 cup grapefruit juice (not cocktail)

Tonic water

Muddle the Honey Liqueur with the grapefruit zests and rosemary. Add the grapefruit juice and the Caw-Caw-Phany Gin. Stir with love. Remove 2 grapefruit zests and rosemary. Top-up with tonic water. Garnish with fresh sprig of rosemary.


Forest Floor

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Raging Crow Distillery Spruce Tip Gin

  • 0.75 oz Raging Crow Distillery Honey Liqueur

  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters

  • Rosemary sprig, for garnish

Instructions: Shake with ice, strain into rocks glass over large ice cube, garnish with rosemary.

The Highwayman

1 oz vodka

0.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Cajun Chocolate Liqueur

0.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Honey Liqueur

1.5 oz cold brew coffee or double shot medium expresso

Combine all in a shaker along with some ice. Shake vigorously until cold, strain into martini or coupe glass. Garnish with microplaned coffee bean. Enjoy!

Honeyed Whiskey Sour

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Raging Crow Distillery F.N. Rye Whiskey

  • 0.75 oz Raging Crow Distillery Honey Liqueur

  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 1 egg white (optional)

  • Lemon zest, for garnish

Instructions: Dry shake, if using egg white, add ice and shake again, strain into rocks glass over ice, garnish with lemon zest.


The Haskap Noir

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Raging Crow Distillery Haskap Gin

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Black Currant Liqueur

  • 0.67 oz fresh lime juice

  • 0.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Honey Liqueur

  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters

Instructions: Shake vigorously with ice, double strain into coupe glass. Garnish with candied black currant or lemon twist.
