Haskap Mandarin Cooler

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Haskap Gin

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Mandarincello

  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice

  • 2 oz tonic water

  • Lime wheel, for garnish

Instructions: Add gin, mandarincello, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake for 10 seconds, strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice, top with tonic water, stir gently once, garnish with a lime wheel.


Haskap Spritzer

1 part Raging Crow Distillery Haskap Gin

5 parts Prosecco

Garnish with Haskaps

Haskap Coffee Martini

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Raging Crow Distillery Haskap Gin

  • 0.75 oz Raging Crow Distillery El Cuervo Furioso Coffee Liqueur

  • 0.25 oz simple syrup

  • Coffee beans, for garnish

Instructions: Stir with ice, strain into chilled martini glass, garnish with coffee beans.

1 oz of lemon juice

1 oz of Jenny’s Cocktails Rosemary Drink Syrup

Pour over ice and enjoy

Haskap Fever

1.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Haskap Gin

1 bottle of Fever Tree Tonic

Lemon zest


Haskap Berry Bramble

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Raging Crow Distillery Haskap Gin

  • 0.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Blueberry Liqueur

  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice

  • 0.25 oz simple syrup

  • Blackberries, for garnish

Instructions: Shake with ice, strain over crushed ice, garnish with blackberries.


Haskap Martini

1.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Haskap Gin

Splash of Vermouth

Zest of Lemon


The Haskap Noir

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Raging Crow Distillery Haskap Gin

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Black Currant Liqueur

  • 0.67 oz fresh lime juice

  • 0.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Honey Liqueur

  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters

Instructions: Shake vigorously with ice, double strain into coupe glass. Garnish with candied black currant or lemon twist.


The Berry Trinity

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Raspberry Gin

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Haskap Gin

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Black Currant Liqueur

  • 0.67 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 0.33 oz elderflower liqueur (if available) or simple syrup

  • Prosecco or sparkling wine top

Instructions: Shake first four ingredients with ice, strain into champagne flute, top with prosecco. Garnish with mixed berries on a pick.
