Citrus Tom Collins

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Raging Crow Distillery Citrus Gin

  • 1 oz lemon juice

  • 1/2 oz syrup

  • Soda water

Instructions: Shake and top with soda in tall glass.


Citrus Bee-Caws-I’m-Thirsty

Ingredients:

1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Citrus Gin

1/4 oz lemon juice

1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Honey Liqueur

3 drops Angostura bitters

Orange zest, for garnish

Club soda

Instructions: Shake with lots of ice, pour into glass and top-up with club soda, garnish with orange zest.


Cranberry Thymes Citrus Equals G&T

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Citrus Gin

  • 1.5 oz cranberry juice

  • 1 oz simple syrup (or Raging Crow Distillery Honey Liqueur)

  • 0.5 oz fresh orange juice

  • Fresh or frozen cranberries, for garnish

  • Sprig of thyme, for garnish

  • Orange peel, for garnish

  • Tonic water

Instructions: Fill a cocktail glass with ice, add ingredients (except tonic), then top with tonic, garnish with fresh or frozen cranberries, the sprig of thyme, and the orange peel.

Citrus Garden

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Citrus Gin

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Limoncello

  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice

  • 0.25 oz Raging Crow Distillery Honey Liqueur

  • Lemon wheel, for garnish

Instructions: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake vigorously for 15 seconds, double strain into a chilled coupe glass, garnish with a lemon wheel on the rim.


Citrus Ginger Pear Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Citrus Gin

  • 0.75 oz Raging Crow Distillery Ginger Liqueur

  • 0.5 oz pear nectar

  • 0.5 oz lemon juice

  • Club soda

  • Thin pear slice, for garnish

Instructions: Shake all, except soda, with ice, strain into highball glass over fresh ice, top with soda, garnish with pear.


Grapefruit Citrus G&T

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Citrus Gin

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Honey Liqueur

  • 3 grapefruit zests

  • Sprig of rosemary

  • 1/2 cup grapefruit juice (not cocktail)

  • Tonic water

Instructions: Muddle the honey liqueur with the grapefruit zests and rosemary, add the grapefruit juice and the citrus gin, stir while humming a jaunty tune, remove 2 grapefruit zests and rosemary, top up with tonic water, garnish with fresh sprig of rosemary.
