Cucumber Gin & Tonic
1.5 ozs of Raging Crow Caw-Caw-Phany Gin
200 ml of Fever-Tree Cucumber Tonic Water
2 slices of cucumber
Enjoy!
Bee-Caws

1 oz Caw*Caw*Phany Gin
1/4 lemon juice
1 oz Honey Liqueur
3 drops Angostura bitters
Shake in shaker with lots of ice Pour into glass and top-up with club soda
Garnish with orange zest.
Grapefruit Gin & Tonic
1.5 ozs Raging Crow Caw-Caw-Phany Gin
1 oz Raging Crow Honey Liqueur
3 grapefruit zests
Sprig of rosemary
1/2 cup grapefruit juice (not cocktail)
Tonic water
Muddle the Honey Liqueur with the grapefruit zests and rosemary. Add the grapefruit juice and the Caw-Caw-Phany Gin. Stir with love. Remove 2 grapefruit zests and rosemary. Top-up with tonic water. Garnish with fresh sprig of rosemary.
