Cucumber Gin & Tonic

1.5 ozs of Raging Crow Caw-Caw-Phany Gin

200 ml of Fever-Tree Cucumber Tonic Water

2 slices of cucumber

Enjoy!


Limoncello Gin Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery CawCawPhany Gin

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Limoncello

  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 3 oz soda water

  • Lemon twist, for garnish

Instructions: Add gin, limoncello, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds, strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice, top with soda water, garnish with a lemon twist, serve immediately before anyone gets impatient.

Grapefruit Gin & Tonic

1.5 ozs Raging Crow Caw-Caw-Phany Gin

1 oz Raging Crow Honey Liqueur

3 grapefruit zests

Sprig of rosemary

1/2 cup grapefruit juice (not cocktail)

Tonic water

Muddle the Honey Liqueur with the grapefruit zests and rosemary. Add the grapefruit juice and the Caw-Caw-Phany Gin. Stir with love. Remove 2 grapefruit zests and rosemary. Top-up with tonic water. Garnish with fresh sprig of rosemary.


Mandarin Gin Spritz

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery CawCawPhany Gin

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Mandarincello

  • 3 oz prosecco

  • 1 oz soda water

  • Orange slice, for garnish

Instructions: Add gin and mandarincello to a wine glass filled with ice, stir gently to combine, top with prosecco, add soda water, stir once more gently, garnish with an orange slice.

Ginger Pear Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery CawCawPhany Gin

  • 0.75 oz Raging Crow Distillery Ginger Liqueur

  • 0.5 oz pear nectar

  • 0.5 oz lemon juice

  • Club soda

  • Thin pear slice, for garnish

Instructions: Shake all, except soda, with ice, strain into highball glass over fresh ice, top with soda, garnish with pear.

Bee-Caws
(I’m Thirsty)

1 oz Caw*Caw*Phany Gin

1/4 lemon juice

1 oz Honey Liqueur

3 drops Angostura bitters

Shake in shaker with lots of ice Pour into glass and top-up with club soda

Garnish with orange zest.


Rhubarb Lemon Smash

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery CawCawPhany Gin

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Limoncello

  • 0.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Rhubarb Liqueur

  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 2-3 fresh mint leaves

  • Rhubarb stick, for garnish

Instructions: Gently muddle mint leaves in the bottom of a cocktail shaker, add all other ingredients and ice, shake vigorously for 15 seconds, double strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice, garnish with a rhubarb stick (or celery stick if unavailable).


Blueberry Gin Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Raging Crow Distillery CawCawPhany Gin

  • 0.75 oz Raging Crow Distillery Blueberry Liqueur

  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 0.25 oz simple syrup

  • Soda water

  • Lemon wheel and fresh blueberries, for garnish

Instructions: Shake all, except soda water, with ice, strain into highball glass over fresh ice, top with soda, garnish.
