Great for the holidays!!
Ingredients:
1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Can’t Call it Br**dy
1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Cajun Chocolate Liqueur (or a dark crème de cacao liqueur)
1 oz cream
Freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish
Instructions: Add all the ingredients to shaker with ice, shake well, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with a dusting of nutmeg, and enjoy.
The Raging Sidecar
Our take on The Sidecar, a classic!
Ingredients:
2 oz Raging Crow Distillery Can’t Call it Br**dy
1 oz triple sec
3/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
Lemon or orange twist, for garnish
Instructions: Add all the ingredients to shaker with ice, shake well, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with the lemon or orange twist, and serve.
Sparkling Cocktail
A modified version of the Champagne Cocktail. Made Nova Scotia style!
Ingredients:
1 sugar cube
2 to 3 dashes aromatic bitters
1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Can’t Call it Br**dy
4 to 6 oz sparkling wine, to taste (Blomidon Estate Winery has 2 WONDERFUL sparkling wines!)
Orange slice and maraschino cherry, for garnish
Instructions: Place sugar cube in the bottom of a Champagne flute, saturate the cube with bitters, add the Can’t Call it Br**dy, fill with the sparkling wine, garnish with the orange slice and maraschino cherry, and serve.
Can’t Call it Delicious E**nog
Just kidding, of course you can.
Ingredients:
3 oz eggnog (store-bought, or home-made)
1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Can’t Call it Br**dy
1 oz Raging Crow Distillery El Cuervo Furioso Coffee Liqueur
1 Tbsp milk
Whipped cream, for topping
Freshly ground nutmeg, for topping of the topping
Cinnamon stick, for garnish
Instructions: Mix the eggnog, Can’t Call it Br**dy, coffee liqueur, and milk. Top with whipped cream and then sprinkle freshly ground nutmeg. Or just regular ground nutmeg. Plunk in a cinnamon stick, and voila! Serve!
