1 290ml jar of Raging Crow Cajun Chocolate Liqueur

1 litre of milk

Heat & enjoy!


Peanut Butter Cup

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Peanut Liqueur

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Cajun Chocolate Liqueur

  • 1 oz cream

  • 0.5 oz vodka

  • Chocolate shavings, for garnish

Instructions: Shake with ice, strain into chilled martini glass, garnish with chocolate shavings.


Spicy Chocolate Martini

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Raging Crow Distillery Raven Lunatic Spicy Vodka

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Cajun Chocolate Liqueur

  • 0.5 oz simple syrup

  • Chili-chocolate rim, for garnish

Instructions: Shake with ice, strain into chilled martini glass with chili-chocolate rim.


White Chocolate Mojito

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Raging Crow Distillery Rhaging Rhum

  • 0.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Cajun Chocolate Liqueur

  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice

  • 0.5 oz simple syrup

  • 6-8 mint leaves

  • Soda water

  • Mint sprig, for garnish

Instructions: Muddle mint with lime juice and simple syrup, add rum and chocolate liqueur, shake with ice, strain into highball glass over fresh ice, top with soda, garnish with mint.

Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate

(served warm)

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Peanut Liqueur

  • 0.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Cajun Chocolate Liqueur

  • 4 oz hot chocolate

  • Whipped cream and chocolate shavings, for garnish

Instructions: Build in a mug, top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

The Highwayman

1 oz Vodka

0.5 oz Cajun Chocolate Liqueur

0.5 oz Honey Liqueur

1.5 oz cold brew coffee or double shot medium expresso

Combine all in a shaker along with some ice. Shake vigorously until cold, strain into martini or coupe glass. Garnish with microplaned coffee bean. Enjoy!

Chocolate Orange Delight

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Rhaging Rhum

  • 1 oz Raging Crow Distillery Mandarincello

  • 0.5 oz Raging Crow Distillery Cajun Chocolate Liqueur

  • 0.5 oz fresh orange juice

  • Orange twist, for garnish

Instructions: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake vigorously for 15 seconds, double strain into a chilled coupe glass, express orange twist oils over the drink and drop in.
